Fun:
It's not really an expansion. The map is the same as Spartan. There are a few new good scenarios.. Persians and Romans is good. It's also easier than Spartan, too easy, even for me. It's easy for these companies to make a few extra bucks out of us, without doing much work. They could have expanded or altered the main map, and changed a few other things to make it a proper expansion. If you have never played Spartan, then this one is better, and stand-alone. It's the best turn-based strategy game there is, along with Medieval 2 by Sega. Slitherine havn't made a new game sequel to this for 4 years.. just some minority interest games set in WW2. It's time they did, long overdue. Unfortunately they provided no tool-set, so we cant mod our own games, as the map is the best there is, it is a total work of art, a joy to behold (don't over do it)..
