There are numerous Arcade-style air traffic control games, but few simulations approach the accuracy and realism of Tower! 2011. This simulation replicates exactly the procedures needed to guide aircraft of various sizes and capabilities in and out of an airport, from landing and take-off clearances on the active runway to aircraft movements on taxiways and in terminal and parking areas.
Tower! 2011 provides ground and air radar screens and top-down photorealistic views of the airport, and Speech Recognition technology allows you to control the realistic behaviour of the AI aircraft according to real-world traffic control procedures.

Fun:
Attempted to use this product on Vista. As it states this OS on the package. Found that the software does not work on Vista. After informing JustFlight Technical support they suggested getting a refund as they had no answer to my problem. Sent e-mails to the supplier and got no replies at all. Certainly won;t be using this supplier ever again!

Fun:
First off if your SERIOUS about Air Traffic Control and you want a simulation rather than a game, go and look at the 'london Control' simulator. This has a good and fun look and is great for introduction of ATC simulation so is a great steppingstone for those who don't fully understand the princibles, codes and callsigns.
This "game" will teach you the basics and so get it if you are interested in begining. This boxed version contains aircraft/airlines that are NOT real, so don't expect to be calling any "easy" or "speedbird" on your screen, however! An addional add-on can be brought to allow you to change all that. Also a novel piece of eye candy for you is the fact that you can change the aircraft liveries.
So that's about all the advice i can offer, happy controlling.

Fun:
No problems in loading the game on windows7. It plays well and you can easily get hooked spending several hours playing the senarios, especially when you have 4 runways open. My only critisism is that you have to keep zooming in and out as the planes are very small on the taxiways when zoomed fully out or you can only see a small part of the airport whe zoomed in. Using the airport maps helps overcome this. Overall enjoying the game.
