5.0 out of 5 stars Another fab idea, Ainsley 21 July 2009
Format:Paperback
As soon as this book hit the kitchen, dishes were being created from the stuff I had around. Everything has been really tasty, easy, and with only five ingredients, fits well into a busy life. Plan to make most of the dishes at some point soon.

4.0 out of 5 stars Ainsley: Just Five 21 Aug 2009
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
I bought this item as it appeared to offer simple varied recipes with manageable ingredients and reasonable prep times. I'm pleased to say that it has delivered all that I wanted. Great ideas, lots of variety and easy to follow.

I especially like the fact that it has a paragraph about the dish before you get into the usual ingredient list and prep instructions. This tells you about the flavours, the idea and alternative ways to use it. Great idea.

Good book to have in the collection.
