This is an album for the true Spin Doctors fan. It is essentially an edited compilation of the band's first three albums, "Pocket Full of Kryptonite", "Turn It Upside Down" and "You've Got To Believe In Something", all of which were released by Epic. So, it is somewhat unsurprising there are no songs from the band's fourth album, which was released on another label. I also think it is a shame that there is only one live song on the album, "Refrigerator Car", from "Homebelly Groove", when a great song such as "Rosetta Stone", could have appeared. However, if you enjoyed the earlier albums, you're probably going to enjoy listening to this selection, without having to interchange between three different CD's.

The first five tracks plus 7 and 14 are good. The rest is indifferent. You're probably best buying the debut and leaving it at that.
