Dino-mite! 31 July 2001
By A Customer
Format:Paperback
I love this book. Completely and utterly.

It's basically a kids book but that shouldn't put you off if you're an older fan of dinosaurs.

There are drawings, facts and all types of information on various species of dinosaurs, plus a few pictures taken from the Jurassic Park films.

However, the very best thing about this book is that, after reading and studying it, you will be able to pronounce the dinosaur names properly and correctly! Why? Because, under each dinosaur name, it also spells it out for you phonetically, i.e. 'Monolophosaurus' becomes 'Mon-o-lof-o-sawr-us'.

See? Easy when you know how! I can thoroughly recommend this wonderful book, for anyone, of any age, who has an interest in these fascinating creatures.

One of the Best Dinosaur books up to date! 25 July 2001
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
This is an awesome book for dino enthusiast and/or kids who want to be paleontologists. It has information on 87 diffirent dinosaurs and also information on some non-dinosaurs. The illustrations, done by Robert Walters, are amazingly beautiful and colorful! Another great thing about this book is that it has new information about dinosaurs; like birds are now classified as a type of dinosaur and new discoveries like Nqwebasaurus. It's a great book for new dino fans aswell.

For young and old dino lovers! 7 July 2003
By "dummyguitar" - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
I have a 5 and 7 year old. We all think this book is great! It's colorful and informative and Up-To-Date! One feature I enjoy pointing out to my kids is the little images which compare the dinosaurs size to a human child's size. That way we get an even better idea how big the creatures were.
