The digital display panel is touch sensitive and will guide you through every stage of the process, including telling you when it is time to re-fill the beans, change the filter or run a cleaning cycle. A gentle touch on the sensitive touchscreen selection panel is all it takes for the sensors to translate your desires into perfectly brewed coffee.

I've owned this for a year or so now and it makes superb espresso and cappuccino. It's made to Swiss quality standards and is adjustable in many ways, eg: the amount of water to suit your cups, the amount and grind of the coffee etc. You just put beans and water in and it does the rest. If you like cappuccino I recommend the milk frothing attachment which is an extra but eases the process. When I bought this machine, Jura offered a limited range in the UK. Now that they offer a much wider range, I would compare to others - I think there is a model with a second boiler which means you don't have to wait 30 seconds or so for the steam to warm up.

The F90 makes it very easy to enjoy fabulous coffee. Just a button press stands between you and an awesome creamy black coffee. For latte you froth up the milk first and that's easy too. If you prefer fussing and cleaning out coffee grounds this isn't for you. The auto-cappucino unit might be handy if you're using this in a workplace but for 1 or 2 cups of coffee several times a day, you don't need it - plus it needs washing up. Otherwise the machine tells you if anything is amiss and i was surprised how infrequent that is. Eg You'll get a dozen cups before having to do much and it takes a few seconds to fill up or empty. Not so good if poor is the manual which tells little. Perhaps that's the point of such an automatic machine but something about ways to customise your coffee would have helped.
