More About the Author

Every coat I have has pockets full of daft things: I hear shells rattling about with bits of plastic when I pull one on to face the school run, I stroke acorn cups while I'm waiting for my cappucino in the cafe; I scrunch bits of moss and tangled sea-string while I'm trying to find my gloves. I am and always have been a bit of a collector: not of high value, status ridden things that you have to be careful with. Just little, curious, quirky things that are everywhere in everybody's everyday life. I just like to pick them up, look at them and put them in my pocket. Then I like to make them into jewellery later.

Format: Paperback
What a fantastic book! I bought this at the book launch, and I read it ALL that evening. I couldn't seem to stop! Sarah writes in such a readable and addictive way and creates such inspiration.
She includes valuable and sensible business advice in a logical way, and with such original and creative designs. The combination of which makes for a really sturdy buy!!
I would recomend this book for anyone setting out in jewellery making, either as a hobby or a business, or even for the expericed crafts person, Sarahs handy tips and techniques are sure to inspire and further your own creations.
She also includes a really handy list of supplyers, what more could you ask for!!
5 Stars for sure!

I have bought this book from a local gallery and think it makes a great Christmas present for anyone who is even slightly creative. The jewellery is really easy to make and the pieces are fun, original and cheap too - which is even better! Would definitely recommend this.
