Most Helpful Customer Reviews

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful By M. E. MOODY on 26 Jun. 2006
Format: Paperback
The authors of Starting Out have done it again. This is a brilliant book which tackles all the issues about changing direction in your working life and really encourages and inspires you to think about the "why" and "how" of doing it. Its full of practical help, useful advice and lots of relevant web links. I liked its easy style, with key points at the end of every chapter and a common sense approach which helped me to focus on what's important and what I could realistically achieve. The chapters about who you are, the kind of job which might be right for you, and ways of getting it, are especially helpful. This book is really the tool kit you need for investing in your future - and I loved it.
