I bought these in order to build up my legs for my flyjumpers (which are heavier and require more leg strength).They are great fun, require considerably less balance and give you a great workout. I'm fairly fit but I was huffing and puffing far more than in my normal run. One piece of advice however- although the padding looks good I found that slipping some shinguards/foam inserts in the front of my sports socks did help to protect the lower part of my shins from being grazed by the plastic ankle surrounds.

My kids loved this product! Until after using them twice they started to fall apart, first the Velcro straps snapped then the bottoms of them Came apart making them unsafe to use very poorly made! I bought three pairs an only one can still be used. Great product but need To be better made if they are to be used! Other than that a great idea!

I bought this as a gift to my daughter for Christmas. I suspect they will end up in the garage very soon. They are well-made and sturdy, but the problem is that there little bounce in them. She was expecting to be able to get a boost and jump a bit high, but they really don't do much. After a walk in the park, her knees were hurting due to all the effort they needed. Yes, they are good exercise, but not 'fun'.
