The bag is much thinner than others I have purchased from Homebase. The bag tore on first use. It needs greater thickness to withstand the rigours of garden use, especuially with cut branches etc
I wanted a big builders type garden bag to replace a couple that had rotted and ordered this as I couldn't find one at a reasonable price and thought this might fit the bill being rot proof polypropolyne. This is definitely not that. It's OK for light twigs and trimmings but as it's quite deep it would be too much weight for the bag if you filled it with anything heavy. It started off with two handles pulling out of the corners as they weren't sewn in properly and the material just frayed so that wasn't good, and that was before I put anything resembling a load in it. I re-sewed them myself rather than send it back. Luckily I found what I wanted in Wickes soon after for £5.99. Don't both with this unless you want a big deep bag for light cuttings or leaves as when it's full you also need to be reasonably tall otherwise you wouldn't be able to lift it easily.
I found this to be a 1st class product having already used it on a number of occassions in the garden. It is excellant value for money. Will be buying another one in the spring.
