Before purchasing I read most of the reviews of this product and saw that, on the whole, it was considered good quality (agreed) at a good price (agreed) but not useful for long necklaces.
As I only wear 16" to 20" fine jewellery (ie no chunky or lengthy costume jewellery) I didn't expect that to be much of a problem. However, as it actually only measures 20cm from the bottom of the top hooks, it doesn't even hold 16" long necklaces without them trailing on the surface it stands on!!!
I've had to double up all my strands of pearls and, because of that, can only hang one per hook, leaving all my delicate chains and pendants in my jewellery box, rather than risk doubling them up.
If only it was made a few inches taller, it would then hold more regular length, adult necklaces instead of only up to 15" chains/necklaces, without having to double them up.
What a shame as it's so pretty and nicely made.

I was a bit unsure about the quality of the product when I ordered it, but it's just arrived (well before the scheduled date) and it's really lovely. My beads, neck-chains & bracelets look neat & tidy and certainly won't get tangled up. The height of the stand is reasonable for the length of my chains, but for someone who has long chains etc it will be a bit too short. Well worth the money!

Bought this for a present and it was lovely. It came very securely packaged and was great value for money. I thought it might look a little cheap but it did not - the butterfly and silver went really well and I was very pleased with this item.
