Product Description
The KT100 Juicer is a new design of single auger machine offering a class leading feed tube and production rate. It features a neat self cleaning device that wipes the inside of the barrel and the outside of the juicing screen. This is a super precise high performance juicer for the committed juice fan or even for light commercial work.
The current version offers improved pulp ejection and efficiency.
The KT100 difference:
1) Flexibility and Speed: This juicer will juice all soft and hard fruits, vegetables and leafy greens. The KT100 has a class leading feed tube size and production rate. We can honestly say that this machine is as quick to use as a centrifugal juicer while giving great efficiency and cold pressed juice. If someone likes juicing but is frustrated by their centrifugal juicer and is put off by the small feed tube on other cold press machines then this is their best choice. It is also the ONLY juicer of its type to work WITH gravity if the fruit and veg fall in, they will get juiced! No pushing needed!
2) Durability: these machines have huge life spans, with no blade or cutter there is nothing to go blunt and with the reduction gearboxes giving them their low speed operation the high quality motor will last and last.
3) The cold pressed advantage: This type of juicer is more expensive than centrifugal juicers (whizzy basket juicers) but they deliver many advantages. The juice they make is cold pressed, has better nutritional properties and can be stored. They also juice all fruits, vegetables and leafy greens such as wheatgrass. You can even peel oranges and feed them through the KT100 negating the need for a citrus juicer. Centrifugal juicers make an oxygenated juice, due to the juice flying around in the machine in droplet form. This is no good for nutrient retention.
4) Cleaning: The KT100 strips down and cleans up in less than a minute, the mess is very contained in the barrel/juicing screen/auger area.

Initially I bought a Matstone from Juice Producer and after about a week I left a glowing review simply because I was delighted with it. But about a week after that I began to get a little peeved with its idiosyncrasies and began yearning for something just a little more effiecient. The Matstone works perfectly well and it does its job properly, but there is room for improvement.
I don't know how long the Matstone has been in production but I expect after awhile they realised, the same as I did, that it could be improved upon with a little extra R&D. For instance, the dicing of the fruit & veg becomes a chore if like me, you're impatient. Also the carefully prepared fruit & veg has to be through at a sedate pace. If you try to hurry it; it doesn't like it and the pulp comes out wet and can be sodden. Which then becomes almost as wasteful as a centrifugal juicer, which kind of defeats the object of spending that little bit extra for a juicer that does a better job.
So having become a little disenchanted with the Matstone, I found myself looking on YouTube for inspiration on how I could improve matters. I watched the videos on just about every juicer on the market, and soon discounted the Champion which I thought was the one I was going to go for as a replacement. But the one that really caught my attention was the Hurom, and after further investigation I soon realised that Juice Producer sell the same model designated as the KT 100. As I'd bought the Matstone from Juice Producer a quick phone call to their office established that they would be happy to exchange the Matstone for the KT 100, which is what I did.
And I'm delighted. As far as I'm concerned, it's everything you could possibly want for in a juicer. It goes about its job quietly and efficiently and does a first class job of juicing. The pulp comes out dry and the cleaning, although not quite the doddle the Matstone was, is easy enough and nowhere near the trouble the centrifugal was. The build quality of the KT 100 is excellent and well worth paying the extra for. Add to that the good service from Juice Producer and you should be juicing happily for many years to come. All in all, I reckon money well spent.

This machine is in a class of its own. It ticks several important boxes.
Namely:
Ease of use. So anyone can learn to use it in no time at all. One benefit of this is that several people in a home might take it in turns to make the juice rather than it being the sole responsibility of one 'expert' person only. It's fun to juice!!
Juice yield. The juicer squeezes a healthy volume of juice out of produce be it fruit, root vegetables or leafy greens.
No heating up of the juice meaning more enzymes will be maintained rather than be destroyed in the juicing process
Easy to clean. Meaning that you can use it several times a day but still wash it in between juicings effortlessly.This also means that the issue of storing juice is redundant as making fresh juice on demand is never a problem.
Small base footprint meaning that you can leave it out in your kitchen rather than having to get it out each time it's being used
No great physical effort is needed to feed the produce into the machine. Gravity does most of the work.
Great after sales service with spares readily available if needed.
I have owned this juicer for several months now and would recommend it to anyone that is seriously looking to make juicing a part of their lifestyle.

This is a brilliant machine. The pulp that comes out is practically bone dry and it juices anything. It's really easy to use and (crucially) keep clean. I'm using mine all the time and it's having a really positive effect on my health. If you're short of time, trying to eat healthily and you don't have one of these - then you're not using technology to its full potential.
