This was my first book on fasting with juices. I learned a lot, no doubt about it and there are some great recipes I want to try but despite all the good advice I find that the author repeats herself too much. She goes on and on about the benefits of fasting with juices. Still most books nowadays are written in this way, there is a lot of repeated information which is probably only added in order to fill more pages. Anyway, I would recommend this book to anyone thinking about fasting because there is a lot more to it than just taking juices, if you want to fast in a healthy way! Next I am going to read Juicing, fasting and Detoxing for life (Cherie Calbom).
