Got my set of balls & booklet in super fast speed (2days after i paid!) which worked out really well for me as i was about to got on a long wkd trip. After calling Flames 'N Games i explained that i needed them in 2 days at the latest and thanks to Vicki at FNG's customer service i paid a couple of pounds more and have then posted on a Next Day guaranteed Service!
I haven stopped playing with then for over 4 months now (learned pretty much all the tricks in the booklet) and im now looking to get some more and try juggling 7+ balls! P.s The quality of the juggling balls where excellent and they are still in very good shape even after all the hours of juggling and the few thousand times i have dropped them! :) I would recommend FLAMES 'N GAMES to anyone!!

I bought these balls a couple of months ago - the first set didn't arrive so they had to send out a second set. I've got blue, yellow, red, green and white balls. The red has a different coating and has deteriorated quickly, the yellow started to fall apart quite quickly also. They were very nice when I told them I hadn't received them and I got another set the next day, but I wonder if they put inferior / returned balls in this second set. Anyway, despite this 3 of the balls are in perfect condition still, and the two that aren't I think will still last long enough for me to master some more tricks and not drop them quite so much! Overall would definitely recommend.

After looking at this product on amazon i immediately went to the flames and games site and placed an order for this and several other items. i was disappointd to open my package to find the product missing, after an email to customer service they stated whoever opened the parcel must have removed the item before giving it to me, I opened the parcel, i eventually recieved the item after some disturbing emails, (no apology or responsibility accepted from them) and there was no packaging, one of the balls had a smudgy fingerprint on it, the book, which looks great on the site was flimsy and bent. i wont be ordering from this site again.
