I picked up a copy of Juggle at the airport having skim read a few paragraphs in the bookstore. The "Myths" that Ian starts the book with struck a chord with where I was in my career, sat in another airport departure lounge on a Sunday morning to be ready for work on the following day.
The book is well written, using language and structure that make it a readers pleasure. I read it cover to cover on the flight and found it inspirational and have then been able to "dip in" to sections that I want to try out allowing me to take simple steps to achieving the "Juggle" life.
At the point of buying the book, I was struggling to define my role within the organisation - "What do you do" being a difficult question to answer to family, friends and prospective clients. Juggle provided a different perspective, it opened my eyes to the things that were hidden in plain sight - I'm a partner, son, friend, writer, project manager, security consultant, sales person, risk manager, career coach, team member, team leader and above all else... I'm me: It's okay to Juggle, in fact Juggling is FUN!
I've now made it part of my career coaching approach and have referred colleagues and friends to it when they're stuck in defining who they are and where they want to go. Read in conjunction with the tips shared by Ian in his other publication (LEAP!), Juggle is a powerful approach to the "new" world of work/play integration... Happy Juggling!

I planned to read this book over a couple of days but found it rather hard to put it down, and at the end I read it in one seating. Juggle! is a great read; it's written in simple language and it's very well structured.
Ian Sanders opens the book with discussing some of the old myths related to the work life. Next, he sets some crucial basics for the redesigned work/life happiness, moving smartly to gearing the reader up with a good set of tools to become a successful juggler. This is a great position for everyone who has become overwhelmed by the work/life demands. Ian discusses the motivations behind his choice to live in the "scrambled up world of work" where he integrates work and life. He provides hints and tips on how he, and others including Gary Vaynerchuk, manage to "live the juggle life" and the benefits that this provides. Being a juggler certainly isn't all plain sailing and the book also covers valuable information on the challanges and extra responsibilities that you may face if you make take the plunge.
A great read and I think a useful reference that you will go back to.
