A friend recommended this book to me and I am currently reading it. I really like this book because it goes straight to the point about psychic protection, healing, crystals, essences and various protection tools. The exercises are simple but you may need a recorder to record the visualisations in order to perform them - or get a friend to read them out loud to you. Even though I am only in the beginning of the book I am already benefitting from the advices.

Judy Hall is always very easy to understand with complicated ideas written simply for the reader to understand. Lots of information in this book and lots of great ideas as well. Great to see another book from her!
