"Judo stardust from the pixie's wand" magically spun by Hedda Sander and Bjorn Deling. Video films were the basis for the eventual adaptation of the sketches of the bear and the pixie. Both of these characters accompany you as you move along the road up to the brown belt. This super mime and copy book form has been well conceived by the two training teachers. It should help and motivate children to achieve the next belt grade..." Rolf Pohler, Vice-President of the DJB (Deutscher Judo-Bund/German Judo Association)
About the Author
Bjorn Deling looks back at over 20 years experience of Judo. He was German Youth Judo Champion and has been passing on his experience for several years now in both Competitive and General Sports as a trainer of children. Dr. Hedda Sander has been a trainer for several years and is currently Vice-president of the Judo Association of Lower Saxony, Germany.

This book is creative & easy to follow in the book they use colouring in pictures of two cartoon charecters(which are a little on the small size) they show the starting grips all the way to the throw completion which are excellent for the youngsters to use.
There are also jigsaws & the throwing circle, as well as the section of if he does this then i can do that section all of these ideas go well with the practical sessions of any normal club but when the children complete the learning tasks in the book there is a notable difference in there skills than those who don't use them
so well done to the authtors on a creative & well constructed book

No groundwork; that is in a separate volume which has not yet been translated into English. (As far as I know.)
