Judith Wills' slimmers cookbook is the most interesting collection of low fat and fast to prepare dishes that you can expect to find anywhere. The recipes include some re-worked favourites, such as Kedgeree and Tiramisu (yes, low fat Tiramisu!) as well as new ideas for tasty dishes. The recipes are good enough to stand up to being served at dinner parties, as well as making dieting interesting AND quick enough for every day after work cooking. All recipes are calorie and fat counted. These measures include saturated fat levels, which enable people who are on the Weight Watchers (TM) programme (like me) to be able to calculate the "points" of each dish - and they fit with the diet very well. Judith Wills also offers her own guidelines of dieting at the beginning of the book. Overall - a great buy.
