Lovely roaster with the added benefit that it keeps the oven clean whilst cooking, yet still browns the meat. Easy to keep clean, altogether a great buy.

This is a quality product which with the domed lid cooks a treat in fact better then any other I have owned.
It cleans easily by hand or in the dish washer and I particularly like the offset handles which balances the Roaster and makes for easy and safe removal.
It is the best I have ever owned and holds enough for a meal for 6 people I use it a lot ( I hate cleaning ovens).

This roaster was ordered on a Thursday and arrived on the saturday - excellent service.
A touch of nostalgia - just like my mother used to have! The only thing different to the old fashioned ones is that it has a flat base rather than grooved. Looks excellent and is well worth the money. It has a good dome on the lid not like one of the other similar ones for sale on Amazon.

Wonderful
I had forgotten how well these roast meat. My grandma used one of them for years, and her dinners were awesome. I hope mine serves me as well as hers did.

I am very pleased I decided to buy, it is slightly deeper then my very old white enamel one and love the smooth bottom rather then ridges.
