don't buy this item, at least never off wheesh. com. Don't touch them with a bargepole as they treat customers despicably. the same machine is available for sale as the contessa machine from another company. I ordered from wheesh, after 3-4days when it should have been delivered by then, I rang to see where it was. They said there were "security" issues with my credit card. My credit card company said there was nothing wrong. The money was there, available, wheesh had reserved the money for themselves but not sent the item. I rang up & their attitide was effectively , my money wasn't good enough for them. It was very much my credit card, my money. No ice cream machine. My goddaughter's 1st birthday party is this weekend & I'm really going to have trouble making ice cream for it as they haven't deigned to supply me with the goods I ordered & they still have the money for it reserved for them on my card. It's going to take days to get back on my card so fat chance I could even buy another one in time for the party. They still currently have nicked my money. It will takes ages getting it back. And for no reason anyone can work out nor will they tell me, they won't take my buisness or money. The person you buy off is as important as the thing itself & if the appalling customer service I've had off them is anything to go by, act like Wheesh have the plague. Go somewhere else.
