This bag is exactly as its name suggests.... not too big and not too small, just BeTween. A perfectly proportioned baby changing bag , superbly organised with all of the usual useful pockets and zipped compartments you'd expect from a bag by JuJuBe.
The waterproof and Teflon treated exterior provide just the practicality you'd expect, along with the reassurance of a soft satin embossed internal lining treated with the very best in antimicrobial agions. Unlike many other changing bags this one is also machine washable, making it even more desirable.
The beautifully bright internal layout of this bag provides the best use of space with organised pockets to store all the essentials making it easy to grab just what you need when you need it. A front pocket also provides space for your own essentials, sunglasses, mobile phone and a leash perfect for keys or that all important soother.
Every bag comes complete with a memory foam baby changing mat and two insulated bottleholder pockets, one to each side of the bag, perfect for keeping things warm or cold. In addition the smart magnetic closures allow for quiet opening, making velcro snags and noisy openings a thing of the past.
The adjustable shoulder padded strap allows for comfortable carrying, adaptable to fit comfortably across any pushchair with or without the addition of the highly recommended JuJuBe stroller clips also available in the Baby Luv store.

Wouldn't be without my jujube bag, looks gorgeous and does everything it should, had for a few months now and still looks brand new even though it's used to the max everyday, also looks great on the pram with the jujube clips... Perfect

Gave up my Fleurvilles for this one!

This is my daily diaper bag right now. I was a Fleurville fan until I discovered Ju Ju Be. One look at how well made Ju Ju Be bags are and you will make the switch too! The bags are machine washable and come out of the washer looking like new! The inner lining is anti-microbial while the outer fabric is stain/spill proof! It's hard to get these bag dirty! The organization is amazing, it'll turn you into an organized person with ease. The mommy pocket on this bag is very noteworthy as well! The glasses/shades pocket cleans your glasses/shades as it holds them, it also has a cell phone pocket and a key scrunchie that clips onto your keys and stretches to reach your car door/front door without having to remove your keys from the clip.
My BeTween is compact yet can hold my son's things for a short outing to a full day outing. It can also hang from your stroller. By the way, I've never felt a changing pad like this before, the Ju Ju Be changing pads are made from memory foam! Oh and the shoulder strap padding is made of memory foam, too, how's that for a diaper bag?!?

Nice bag, but some flaws

After spending so much money on this bag, I really wanted to love it. It's okay, but I don't love it...
CONS:
1) It's small. I currently have one child and if we're going somewhere for the day, I barely have enough room to pack everything I need (and I consider myself a light packer).
2) The front pocket is made for Mom's stuff, but is really heavy and inconvenient when packed (in mine: a cell phone, small wallet, lip gloss & keys).
3) It doesn't have a hand strap, just the shoulder strap.
4) Nicely padded change pad, but it's short.
5) When fully packed, the bag is very wide and hard to carry.
6) One strap clip has fallen off of my bag twice. I contacted the company and they did send me free replacements (great customer service), but after speaking to them it sounds like this is a re-occurring problem with these bags.
PROS:
1) The shoulder strap is nice, very well padded.
2) It's meticulously made, looks nice, the material very durable/washable
3) Lots of pockets.
4) Works well with the stroller clips.
Will use it for now, but will definitely be looking for a new bag when #2 comes along.

Too "diaper baggy" looking, too heavy. Not a good investment.

I now own this bag for two years, but I never really used it.
It is a pretty bag (I have it in Mint Julep, I think they don't make the BeTween anymore in this print), but you can tell it's a diaper bag.
Now, when my son is almost two and I don't need to carry that much for him (and sometimes I go without him), I find myself looking for another bag - that would look a little less like a diaper bag, have enough pockets to fit the few things you still need for a toddler - and would serve you as your bag when you take them out.
I wasn't using this bag to begin with because the "mommy pocket" is too small - it could never fit my wallet (pretty big, I guess, the kind that fits a check book) with the rest of my stuff. It was either or.
Also, it does have many pockets, but they are not as useful as it seems. The outside bottles pockets are very small, you could fit the baby bottles (4oz.) in there, but not the bigger ones, and of course not your bottle of water. Because it has so many pockets, you need to stay ultra organized, and if you pulled something out, fitting it back in the same order was always a challenge for me, and as for just pushing it back there - forget about it, there is not enough room for that.
The bag itself is heavy and kind of puffy, and when it fills with what you need to carry, it just looks overstuffed. BTW, it gets overstuffed pretty easily and it would only serve you for short trips, but it's kind of too bulky for that. A simpler, lighter bag would do the same trick.
And it is a heavy bag. The outer walls of the bag are padded (they feel thick) and I guess the metal clips and the shoulder padding (which is actually nice) add even more to the weight.
I also don't like the Teflon treated fabric - it is too sturdy to fold on corners and very quickly develops a hole there, and you can see the white plastic inner side of the fabric. I have a several Ju Ju Be items, and they all have this problem. And as I mentioned, it was not under heavy use.
The shiny coat started to peel off the fabric on the outer pockets trim and inside the pockets too, and the rubber bands that hold the pocket have stretch marks (and I only had 4oz. bottles in there!)
Overall I don't feel it was a good investment - I see people with diaper bags they use long after their child has grown out of them, and it is not going to happen to me with this bag.
For a $100, I could have a better one and use it longer.
