Real Nice for that 60's/70's funky worm guitar fuzz lead sound. The octave up is ok. But for the money a total bargain. Top build quality and no noise or sound colouration due to the true bypass when switched off. I will be trying some more of these joyo pedals. I've played profesionally and produced records for over 15 years.

The reviews for this have been mixed. And I agree that the manufacturing isn't of the highest standard; the buttons are a bit jerky, though the box itself feels fairly sturdy. Mine hasn't stopped working but although I've had it a couple of months I've only used it in rehearsal studios and haven't gigged with it.
I expected the octave sound to be more pronounced but it's fairly slight; it's noticeable but not as far out as I expected, though you may struggle to notice any difference. But in its defence, the distortion sounds, and the mid cut feature, are pretty good. There are some songs where I would normally use natural feedback but this actually creates a fairly good approximation of that.
So in conclusion, don't expect anything exceptional. I think there are better products on the market, but you get what you pay for.
