My first Terry Oldfield album, my last Terry Oldfield album. If that's you singing Terry then it's good to see you share a musical gift with your bro'. The 'share' being - you can't carry a tune, which sort of defeats the purpose of a spiritual album full of chants about knowing who you are. For any musicians out there this becomes a total distraction and takes the joy away from what is generally a well produced album. My other gripes are these, enough with the loops, jeez, you're a talented flautist, so why loop yourself, including a bum note?, delete the bum at least and then splice the loops to add some variety, you surely must have software to tweak this stuff about??? Second one is using your brother, dude, the guitar parts are without a doubt, lame, and anyone could've done the same and probably better and then you went and looped it too??!!.....come on, put the looper down, walk away, nothing to see here folks....mind you the girl singer is pretty good and makes some of the chants listenable and quite nice. Ditch the loops!
