i am a new reader of lynda page's books , after i brought at the toss of a sixpence , which i found a nice story but very hard to really get in to , unlike joan jonker who's books i can re -re read anytime .but i didnt let this put me off reading anymore of page's books .
i brought against the odds and found i was able to easily read that book and liked the story a lot , i then went on to buy 'josie' and was not dissapointed .
the story of josie and her struggle to believe in herself was really something that i could relate to.
i also liked that the love interest for josie loved her before she changed and lost her wieght .
good book.
