I like this grater because it stores flat and takes up very little space.
I purchased the grater for our Motor Home because it is space-saving. I like it so much that I keep it in the house.
I am now thinking of getting another one to save having to keep moving it from kitchen to van and back again.

Major design flaws with this - firstly, the catch on the top is so stiff you'll rip your nails off trying to undo it - I have to get someone else to do if for me - and secondly, it might fold flat, but it doesn't click into the square position to use, so it bends all over the place. The amount of force you need to grip is square makes your hands ache.

I've been using this item for a few months now and always seems to fine it hard to hold it in place when using it as the item always wants to fold flat. So, I'd advise people who have a weak grip, or slightly older should opt for another item. Other than that, the 'blades' are fairly sharp and found grating chilled chocolate on it a breeze. A good purchase if you don't mind the odd handle.
