First thing with these i was disappointed they didn't hang on my kitchen hooks. However, i liked the look of them but when i came to use them i found them most impractical. The button to release is hard and awkward to push in. Then after using a couple of times the spring went out of the tongs so you couldn't manipulate them around your food. Also quite difficult to use as a bit too soft, hard to get a grip. Not a good purchase i would not recommend at all
I purchased this for my boyfriend for Christmas (he loves Joseph Joseph stuff), its a great addition to his collection and great value for money. It looks fun and funky hanging up on his utensil rack. Also more importantly its fit for the purpose intended , glad I didn't bother getting the larger version as these are just fine..
Does exactly what you would expect plus it is great to look at and easy to wash. Every kitchen should have one of these.
