I thought the curved blade would be good for peeling potatoes, a job I hate, I was wrong, it doesn't work very well and I didn't find it comfortable to hold. The blade is not very strong either. I definitely don't think it is worth the money.

This peeler is not the best.It will spend more time in the kitchen drawer than being used.I shall carry on using my old straight peeler.I would advice Joseph Joseph to remove this item and come up with a better design.Do not buy, don't waste your money.
