I have been following the face plan and massage for a couple of weeks now and already people have noticed. I dont do it every single day, there is the odd day I forget but its fantastic that it still works. I feel like my face is glowing and my skin has cleared up. I would recommend this book.

Book was allright, just had been reviewed as very good, but you can see it has a slightly weird shape as if it has been very wet.
No problem for me because it doesn't actually affect the way I read it, so it's allright. Just would have been so easy to write it down, i would have bought it anyway for that price.
