Mark Sanders was the inventor of this product back in the eighties and Joseph Joseph realising the commercial opportunity of this product worked closely with Mark on its advanced technological design, and it now features in the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Joseph Joseph It uses the latest technology in polypropylene living hinges. When the handle is squeezed, the sides of the board pop up forming a chute which diced and chopped food can be guided neatly into the pot. This product is guaranteed for 3 years, and it is dishwasher safe. This product has a choice of 8 different colours to suit any home. This chopping board also won the coveted and prestigious Global Red Dot gift of the year award in 2006. The category it won in was the Cooking and Dining category.
