Jon George

Jon George lives in Ipswich, Suffolk. He vaguely remembers acquiring a degree in electronics, but now it's his wife who programmes the Hard Drive recorder. Supposedly gainful employment has included: telecommunications research, pizza delivery, graphic design, and driving very quickly when ferrying doctors to emergency calls.

He currently rides his motorbike when the sun is out, drinks beer when the pub is open, Islay malt whisky when it's shut, and is generally of a cheerful disposition.

Jon's initial publishing success was with a succession of short stories in the independent press and currently writes either contemporary SF or realistic action war-based thrillers.

TV programming notwithstanding, Jon George can still change a plug.
