This is a bright colourful book with a good rhyming text that encourages the children to count. The children I work with love this story and love looking for the fish. This I think will be a firm favourite with them. I would recommend this book.

Both my 5 year old and 2 year old love the duo that are Tony Mitton and Guy Parker-Rees. The story is punchy and fun and the pictures are full of vibrant colour. Wonderful for young children. I'd recommend other books by the pair too!

My two-year-old grandson loves this book, and he joins in with the words he knows. It's great fun as it has simple rhymes, with just the right amount of repetition to help kids learn and anticipate what's coming. The illustrations are spot on too - simple drawing with bright and attractive colours, and the whole book makes reading aloud to your child or grandchild a great deal of fun. I heartily recommend it.
