I love wooden toys and was very excited to see the cargo truck on the amazon website and thought it would be the very thing for my little boy for christmas. The box arrived on time from Amazon as always and was wrapped and put under the tree.
On christmas morning when we unwrapped it I was shocked to find that no wheels had been included in the box! This was my son's main present and it ended up back in the box unbuilt and unusable.
It was the 4th of January before I could contact the company as they were closed and they did send out the missing wheels but seemed unbothered by the mistake and thoughtfully included the wrong set of fixings for the wheels in the package they dispatched. Fortuantley the right fixings were included in the origional box and I was able to build the truck for my son.
