I disagree with Floss's review!
This is a very good film of memories of Joey using interviews with family and friends.
The film shows a side to Joey most of us never knew about.
Joey was just a normal family guy who achieved fame thru the fact that he was such a talented motorcycle racer, mostly racing on closed public roads.
To win 26 TT races plus 5 times Formula 1 world champion, and numerous wins at the Ulster, NW200 and other Irish road races took some doing, especially his achievements at the TT-incredible!!!!
His racing achievements speak for themselves, he didn't talk the talk he just walked the walk!!
He didn't race for the fame, he did it because that's what he enjoyed doing, fame just came his way because of his racing ability.
My tip for Floss- there are other DVD's about Joey available, such as JOEY 1952-2000 and JOEY, THE TT WINS, both made by Duke.
This DVD is a must have for any fan of YER MAUN!!We will never see his like again!!
