I bought this book awhile ago, wanting to turn from Mr. Bean into Hercules (not there yet). For the most part the information in this book is more or less common-sense and widely available in many other books. However there are a few golden nuggets to be found and the Weider name offers some degree of legitimacy to the advice. But as many have said before me, the models in this book could not be described as being completely natural, so don't expect miracles. If nothing else though the basic theory and exercise descriptions are worth the buy.
