The show was better than I expected. Although some parts I felt got tiresome, there were many moments that made me laugh out loud.
The majority of the show sees Joe doing purposely awful impersonations and magic tricks, with intentionally varying success. There were quite a few sexual jokes which, although only suggestive, surprised me, as I thought this was a "family" performance. There are a couple of characters who come on stage, like Spank The Monkey, who is as unfunny as his name, and Joe's "twin brother" Raynard, who is slightly more amusing. There is also plenty of audience participation, which provides the best moments.
The short extra, 'Flying With Joe', sees Joe talking about his pilot training and taking a short trip in one of his planes. It didn't really interest me.
You will enjoy this DVD if you like shows with daft pranks and audience participation, rather than the comedian simply spurting out one-liners and anecdotes. I can't say I would wstch it again and again though.
