I bought this tripod to use with a Flip Mino HD camera and it works perfectly. It comes with a standard screw thread to attach a camera, so just about any can be used with it.
The legs are fully flexible to either act as a normal tripod, bent to go on an uneven surface or wrapped around objects for extra grip. The construction seems very sturdy and well put together. It folds to a tiny size for carrying and easily fits into a bag.
Because of the flexibility, the one limit so far that I've found is that it is suitable for lightweight cameras such as the Flip Mino or a compact digital camera. It isn't really suitable for use with a DSLR as they are too heavy.

Copied our son by getting one; fantastic for using timer and getting shots of the whole group/family. Attaches easily to banisters, trees, hanging baskets - you name it - absolutely bargain price too.

I find this to be very useful when I'm travelling alone and need a picture of myself. It's easy to carry but not very easy to use. it takes time to make sure it grips perfectly.
although it might takes time to attach but once it grips, it really does even in windy weather. I've used in Scotland highlands where it is very windy and this thing proves to be very useful.
I broke one of the legs within a week after buying it but it's easy to attach it back. so it is flexible.
