What really stands out about this film is how good Ashton Kutcher is. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I feel the film was let down by it's script. But generally this is a great film. Well worth your time.

I'm a die hard Apple fan and there's probably a fair bit of creative licence in this film but I like Ashton Kutcher's performance and
if you love Apple then it's an interesting film.

If you've read Walter Isaacson's authorised biography you'll feel slightly let down by the film. It misses out a lot of Jobs' life which is quite important to understand his character. Aston Kutcher's impression of Jobs is okay, but he does this funny walk which seems completely false. It fails to capture the scale of Jobs' legacy.

Ashton Kutcher plays the part of Steve Jobs very well and the Director has done a good job of physically matching the other actors with their namesakes. Glad I listened to the audiobook first though, since this gave me the full story. Had I not done so, I'm not sure the film would have adequately portrayed the changes and politics in Steve Job's life for me to get the full picture. Definitely a film for Apple and Steve Job fans - my elderly parents didn't find it that interesting....

I have read the Steve Jobs biography by Walter Isaacson and thoroughly enjoyed having such an insight into this amazing and complex individual. I admit that I had expectations from this film that I knew would not be fulfilled.

Having said that I am giving this 4 stars instead of 3 because of the performance by Ashton Kutcher which was really very good indeed.

The movie skips over too much detail of the Steve Jobs story for me. It stops at the point in history when the original iPod was launched.

I enjoyed what I saw but I wanted more, more, more......

Barely 25% if a story, could have been so much more if they had planned and executed differently. No real insight into the life of Jobs and disjointed at best.

Missed what I consider some of the key and most interesting parts of Steve Jobs life, it fails to capture the excitement of the Apple story.
