Jo was born in the Isle of Man and has been writing all her life. She was three International prizes for writing and her first novel Forty Not Famous was an immediate hit with young women and quite a few men eveywhere. In the style of Sex and the City meets Bridget Jones, Jo's Henrietta books follow the life of her central protagonist who is always getting into hilarious scrapes. Henrietta seeks fame, fortune and Mr Right and ends up with Mr Wrong Again.

Whilst Jo's books can be read as a series - in much the same way as Jilly Cooper novel's, the same characters appear but the stories stand alone. So each book can be read individually.
