Being in Martial Arts (Judo and JiuJutsu) for over 40 years has made it hard for me to find interesting books on the subject. This one is as good as any and about as complete. Photos and written descriptions are well done but not quite as complete as some I have seen. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to whet their curiosity about JiuJutsu but only a hands on experience with a good instructor can teach properly. A good book to further one's knowledge of JiuJutsu. But still, nothing like an instructor. Ed
