Given the scarcity of Hendrix on film, this is worth buying for that reason alone. There are some good live performances from 1967, the classic, unrehearsed 'Hear My Train a'Comin' and some interesting interviews with Jimi, Noel and Mitch.
The film is narrated by Alexis Korner, who regularly featured the Experience on his BBC radio show and even played on at least one song.
The extras are pretty much a waste of space: a listless performance from 1969 and a silly MTV type Dolly Dagger.
Sound and picture quality is OK.
Still worth buying, but.
