Mother Goose presents an enchanting selection of classic stories acted out by both children and Muppet characters which immerse the audience in mythical fantasy adventure lands from her much-loved nursery rhymes. Includes the stories: 'Hickory, Dickory, Dock', 'The Grand Old Duke of Men', 'Hey Diddle Diddle', 'Pussycat, Pussycat', 'Little Bo Peep' and 'Willie Winkie'.
My (almost 3 year old) son loves this dvd and understands the stories. They are slightly different takes on the classic versions. Such as the Grand Old Duke of York believes he has 10,000 men but only has 2 (and one of those is a woman in disguise). He goes off on an adventure to find his castle taken over and has to win it back. The only reason I've marked it down is that the image quality is not as good as we've come to expect from newer dvds and I find the some of the characters a bit spook (I was never one for puppets!).
