have now fitted this to my Yamaha 370 Dreadnought and it does the job it is supposed to. It would have been better if a suitable washer (felt/leather) was also provided. Oh and by the way, I was supplied with two evenr though I only needed one and the description on Amazon doesn't suggest that two are supplied.

I needed this to replace a snapped plastic strap button on my Fender acoustic. This did exactly what it says on the tin with no fuss. I simply unscrewed the old one, screwed this one in the same hole ( no need for enlarging the hole or anything). And it was the cheapest one I saw on Amazon at the time and it holds my strap on tightly, all depends on what strap you put on though really. I'd recommend this to anyone who needs to replace their strap button.

Yes it does the job BUT it does not come with a felt (or any kind) of washer. If you are fitting a new (as opposed to replacing an old) button, then best look elsewhere for a button that comes complete with washer.

This is a brilliant bit of kit. Does exactly what it says on the tin. It was so easy to fit, it was all over before it began, and now I've got a nice strap fitted to my Yamaha acoustic guitar that, without this little gadget, I otherwise wouldn't have.

Highly recommended to anyone wanting to fit a guitar strap to a guitar that only has one button fitted.

I drilled a small hole where I wanted to fit this strap button, then I carefully screwed it in, and hey presto Bob's you missus. Job done.

Go out an dbuy one if you already havene't.

What can I say? Easy to fit and makes the straps fit far better on an acoustic guitar.I love it, fitted in 3 mins and works just fine. If concerned about fitting search UTUBE many videos to assist you on the channels.

A wonderfully simple piece of kit that allows even people with little to no technical skills, like me, to attach a strap to an accoustic guitar. Incredibly easy to fit and strong enough to hold in place, even when swinging the guitar around by the strap.

For such a small amount of money, I can't see why any accoustic guitar player would be without one.

Was looking for a strap button that came with a felt washer attached for my Dad's Tanglewood. This was perfect, cheap and arrived a couple of days later.

I wanted a small button for using my ukulele with a light strap. Although ukuleles are normally used without a strap, I have a shoulder injury which makes that painful. This was very cheap and light enough to not effect the balance of the instrument. It arrived almost instantly.
