Oh my goodness! This workout is fab!
All last under 40 minutes (don't be fooled into thinking this is easy). I have done all levels multiple times, and whilst I feel like level 2 is the worst, it's only because it's so demanding in terms of cardio!
Level 1 - this si superb. It's tough, but not gruelling. I (despite having done all other levels multiple times) find it challenging and actually ache the most in my butt with this one.
Level 2 - from the warm up, you can see that Jills is up for making you sweat (hard). You need a stable chair (emphasis on stable!) some weights, a mat and an major 'can do' attitude.
Level 3 - don't be put off by level 2 here! This may be more challenging in terms of muscle burn, but the warm up is more gentle so you CAN do it.
If you hate your butt, this will let off some steam whilst kicking it into action!
In terms of fitness (no matter what level you are, this will be tough) as with all Jillian vids, they never really seem to get that much easier, even if you do them a lot! Just give this a go. It's 40 minutes and will make you feel great. I have no qualms with this DVD (except that you may want to add a few extra stretches in at the end - for the sake of your legs the next day!) I would recommend mixing up the levels as they all work slightly different muscles.
