OMG, Does what it says on the box... My buns are killing me already, only on level 1, as my level of fitness is pretty poor to say the least. altho not that bad, but jillian really does put you through your paces.
Done in her usual way of a 5 min warm up and the 5 different exercises and repeat, then another 3 more then the cool down, lasts for 40mins in total.
Level 1 is relatively easy but effective, still has me out of breath for a couple of mins toward the end! but thats just me...
I think i'll wait a while till i attempt level 2, get used to this level first.
Jillian also advises those that say her dvd's are not hard enough to add more resistance, increase the weights or to add weights to certain exercises.
All in All i love it so far... just the area i desperately need toning!! well done jillian and thank you...
I will add another review when i do level 2, Happy bun and thigh blasting!!
Oh and in case your wondering, i bough this dvd from the states so was able to get it before the uk!!
