Absolutely amazing results. Changed my life. Tough, but worth it. Teaches you that you could do things you never thought you could,or that you were too afraid to do. Jillian PUSHES you to push yourself. Do it and stick with it, the only way is up, believe me.
Yes you will want to die and you will get muscle aches the first few times, but you have got to push through that and it will subside. The fact that it is 30 mins should make you work hard. I lost a lot of weight (inches) and looked great, started to look like Jillian and her girls. I did it for 30 days (prob missed a day or two out) and kept it up a few times every week for over a year, alternating between levels 2 & 3.
Another things...the mental aspect. You just feel SO GOOD after you have finished the workout. I tell myself "well done" after every time.
Don't forget to up your weights if you continue to use it regularly to continue to build up strength. And no it does not give you massive biceps, but rather toned good looking arms.
Definitely use this one first before using any of her other DVDs.
