Having bought most of these quest, match 3, etc games was disappointed with this particular one. It ended on level 6 but it was so sudden and without warning that I thought game had jammed???? No celebration, congratulation or bells and whistle, just ...the end....

Levels were basic and no information given as how to use or value of bonus stars/gold coins/boulders??

Such as how to win, slow down, block, blast baddies off board, or delay end of game with them.

Only found out how to light fire braziers by fluke move??

Not impressed at all. Boring, repetitive, no sense of achievement, no building cities, settlements or even high score rating. No matter what your score, you only ever rated Silver, rarely getting five stars for score, unless you were so bored you decided to delete all previous scores and tried to beat them now you had finally worked out how to play.......nah got better things to do with my life....

Having thoroughly enjoyed the excellent Jewel Quest 4 I was really keen to purchase this latest game in the series as I thought it would be at least as good, if not better. Extremely disappointed as it is very basic and rather boring. Some of the boards are plain irritating. I've not yet completed the entire game and frankly I dont know whether I will be bothered to as the storyline is uninteresting and the games aren't particularly challenging. Don't waste your money.

The Jewel Quest games rock - very entertaining - pity they don't do reasonable priced ones for the kindle. This one has new features (not spoiling it by telling) which make it less frustrating if you are struggling. Love it, still only a quarter of the way through, value for money.

Took a while to arrive, but was well-packaged and in pristine condition. Only a few levels in as yet but as addictive as previous Jewel Quest games. Would recommend to anyone who likes Match-3 games.
