Jet Chamber by Pete Namlook and Atom Heart. This album reveals two professionals getting together for an interesting, sophisticated, thoughtful, and sometimes very dark space-jam journey into ambient with a lot of added hi-tech wizardry!. Namlook master of ambient creates beautiful drifting landscapes with spacey-beatless futuristic sounds, then elegantly added to this, subtle hints and blips of percussion with Atom Hearts's(Atom Tm) cool programming with his cool micro-digital clicking drum-experiments, throwing things into a new si-fi motion. JC1 ranges from being quite beatless ambient to a more minimal approach using subtle spacious micro beats and textured technoish like bleeps that are gradually weaved inn and out within the ambient. The occasionally slighly more dark atmospheric abstract approach is also woven inn. The album flows effortlessly from track to track that always remains a very cool and absorbing listen as each musician weaves his own skill into this futuristic ambient-hi-tech sound across 5 long(except 4) continuous tracks. A very skilled and modern take on ambient with its unique use of technology that pushes the boundaries further forward within electronic ambient and minimalism...A highly recommended album from two very talented artist in electronic ambient and music(+), and with this album that could very well become a future classic!
