4.0 out of 5 stars A Short expose of the Jeremy Lin Phenomenon 1 April 2012
By P. Creeden - Published on Amazon.com

Currently there is only ONE Asian-American playing in the NBA, and the last Harvard graduate to play in the NBA was in the 1950's. So Jeremy Lin stands out as a rarity among NBA players just by looking at him. But what has made him an American household name? What has caused him to be compared to Tim Tebow?

In this very short (approx 100 kindle "pages") we learn what all the "Linsanity" is about. I had heard of him as I walked through the living room while my husband watches the news, but I didn't know much about him. In this very current book, I learned a little more about the miracle causing this player to leap to the forefront, and the reason he stays grounded in Christ.

5.0 out of 5 stars a good player written by a better writer 2 April 2012

It seems abit awkward to write a review about a man who like a comet was here today - but as regards tomorrow...? Lin's year is finished due to his knee and the future for the man is uncertain. But he speaks of Christ in a way that elicts hope in me that his life is more than b-ball, b-ball, b-ball. Ted works hard at his writing craft - buy his work - it's good.
