When I first saw this book and read the back cover it was a must buy. Like many I love the way Jeremy Clarkson talks about cars or anything for that matter, he's blatant and hides nothing. In his latest book he has aimed not just to write about the Fast, Sexy and Expensive cars but includes what are classics to him, this is why the Ford Transit and Peugoet 504 estate are included nestling between the Ferraris and Aston Martins, he gives certain facts about the cars if needed. He has included a couple of my favourites as well, the Aston Martin V8 Vantage and Jaguar XJR, which made it a brilliant read for me. Why only a four star rating then if all i have is praise I hear you say. Well the only fault I can find after many reads (and I have read it a good few times), is that theres only 100 cars. Therefore I wait longingly for Clarksons Hot 500.

But he writes well and when he writes about cars then he writes really well. If you're into cars, this is definitely worth a punt.

Clarkson reveals some expected and some unexpected choices in his favorite 100 cars. It was fun to see where we agreed and where we certainly didn't.
