Greatest Songwriter Alive Today, 25 Feb 2006
By Thomas V. Contreras "tcontreras" - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Jenny Wren [2 Track CD] (Audio CD)
Hearing a new McCartney song is like a gift from
God. Jenny Wren is disturbingly beautiful.
He remains the worlds greatest living songwriter.
...but Buyer Beware. Amazon advertised the USA single version,
which contains two additional new songs and a fold out poster.
This is the purchase I made.
Amazon sent me the British single version, which contains
only one song, without the poster.
I opened it in my car and dropped it in my CD player before
realizing this, which cancelled my option of returning it for
The USA version.
Order by phone and make sure the order taker knows what you are talking about.

Great acoustic song, bad "b sides", 28 April 2006

Macca still has great talent and, maybe, he can let his Beatles past behind a little bit and remember his Wings days. Anyway, Jenny is a great song. Sad that the extra tracks aren't in the same level.

It's not a silly love song, 22 Sep 2007
