I got this dvd a couple of weeks ago as I felt it was time to change my routine again. It says its made up of three thirty minute workouts but they're all over 30 mins. "The Upper body workout" takes approx 38mins, "The bums & tums workout" takes approx 42mins & "The lower body workout" takes approx 41mins, all 3 workouts have the same warm up & cool down. There's also a "play all" option which includes the warm up then all 3 dance sections in a row then all 3 intensive sections in a row then ends with the cool down, doing the whole dvd would take approx 85mins, I've done the whole dvd 5 times so far & it's a good toning workout (the warm up feels like a mini toning workout), the dances are easy to pick up, it only took me 2 times then I knew them! all 3 intensive sections are good, I enjoyed using the chair whilst doing push ups! the reason why I haven't gave this dvd 5 stars is because It isn't really a cardio workout, I didn't feel out of breath once, although they do make u feel warmer but no more so then yoga & pilates. on the whole GREAT for toning but I can't see it burning much fat!
